Originally a tool and dye shop of the 1940s, this building was completely overhauled in 2011 by an local artist/doctor. The building has been outfitted with all new electrical, plumbing, environmentally friendly HVAC, and LED fixtures. The character filled units feature exposed beams, brick and block walls, 13 foot ceilings, original windows, and poly coated OSB flooring. Perfect for any application.
